1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is free from dust, grease, and loose flakes. For fungus-affected areas, treat with Nerolac Fungicidal Solution.

2. Priming: Apply one coat of Nerolac Exterior Primer or a self-priming coat of Excel Super (thinned 100% with water).

3. Dilution: For the top coat, thin with 30%–40% clean water by volume.

4. Top Coat: Apply 2–3 coats with an interval of 4–6 hours between coats.

   • Pro Tip: For parapets and horizontal surfaces, 3 coats are recommended for maximum protection.
