Thermoplastic Hydrocarbon Resin based admixture of pigments aggregates and glass beads which melt at around 1800 C to form marking paint for laying on the roads - both bitumen and concrete.
Apply SIGMARK using a screed box with an applicator machine. Heat the material to 160 - 1800 C in the preheater with adequate agitation till the material becomes a homogenised liquid. The molten paint should be stirred from time to time and dispensed uniformly along the marked line followed by drop on beads which should be sprayed uniformly before the paint gets dried.
