Mixing

• Mix the entire quantity of supplied Aluminium Paste thoroughly with a small quantity of medium and then add the mixture to the remaining medium. Stir well before use.

Condition:

• Steel; blast clean to Sa 2.5 of Swedish Specification
• In case blast cleaning is not possible, surface should be cleaned to St 3 grade of surface preparation as per Swedish specification using power tools
• Suitable conventional primer i.e. Apcomin HB Zinc Phosphate Primer, dry and free from any contamination

Stir the base and hardener separately. If settling is observed in the base or hardener, loosen the settled material with the help of hand stirrer followed by power driven stirrer for quick homogenous mixing. Mix hardener gradually into the base under continuous stirring.
